Teresa Francis nee Reid, passed peacefully in Roxburgh House, Aberdeen, on Saturday 6th December in the presence of her family, after a 4 month battle with cancer.

Teresa, aged 52 years was a much loved mum of Martin and Chris, and a beloved wife of Andrew and she will be missed by all who knew her.

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George McDougall, aged 79, of Rathlin, Shebster. On Saturday 4th October George died peacefully at home, with his family beside him, after a long period of ill health. It is with great sadness, we announce the passing on Monday 29th September 2025, in Caithness General Hospital, of James, aged 73 years, of Braal, Halkirk. Much loved and loving husband of Evelyn. Beloved father of Hugh, Gavin, Peter and Jamie. A treasured grandad to Beth, James and Lily. A dear father-in law, brother, brother-in-law, uncle and friend to many.
