Teresa Francis nee Reid, passed peacefully in Roxburgh House, Aberdeen, on Saturday 6th December in the presence of her family, after a 4 month battle with cancer.

Teresa, aged 52 years was a much loved mum of Martin and Chris, and a beloved wife of Andrew and she will be missed by all who knew her.

A memorial service to celebrate Teresa’s life will be held within Ormlie Lodge Service Rooms, Thurso on Friday 30th January, service commencing at 1pm, to which all family and friends are respectfully invited. As this is a celebration black is optional and we request that everyone wear something blue as this was Teresa's favourite colour.  No flowers please. Cuddled tightly in Mummy’s arms while Daddy held her hand, Millie left quietly after a short life full of love. A much longed for and beloved little sister to Isla. It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George McDougall, aged 79, of Rathlin, Shebster. On Saturday 4th October George died peacefully at home, with his family beside him, after a long period of ill health. Much loved husband and confidant of Celia, loving father of Kathleen and Kirstie, dear father-in-law of Robbie, and caring Grumpa of Kyla and Torran. We extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who has supported the family over the past few years.
